Nestled in the Berkeley Hills, this 1936 characterful home is undergoing a thoughtful transformation, blending timeless charm with modern functionality.  My client was focussed on tailoring her home to suit her, since her children had flown. The emphasis has been on refining key spaces - an inviting home office (ongoing) designed for both productivity and relaxation, a serene guest bedroom that balances comfort and character, and a powder room that honors the home's history while introducing fresh, refined details with custom vanity. Through curated materials, warm textures and a respect for the home's architectural integrity, each space has been enhanced to feel both sophisticated and effortlessly livable.
