This little nook off the kitchen was originally remodelled as a family breakfast nook with a sweeping bay view.

 

Their well planned kitchen already includes a breakfast bar at the island unit. This freed up the nook to maximize their space and use it as a TV and chill out area for their family plus dog!  It was tight, but the space works well and the owners are thrilled!
